Tami began her real estate career with Stewart Title Company in 1979. She held a variety of positions, including policy typist, bookkeeper, closer and marketer. Her understanding and accumulation of knowledge in these jobs, earned her the position of branch manager. Then, after eight years in the title business, Tami made the natural transition to real estate sales. She set out on her own in October of 1987, and as a result of hard work, system development, and dedication to superior service, she quickly became a top producer. Since Tami is a native of Northern Colorado, she has extensive knowledge of the area, as well as a realtor/client network that is second to none. It extends beyond the Colorado borders and provides Tami´s clients with an invaluable asset. They benefit from her vast database of contacts which continuously produces leads and generates more business. Tami draws upon these resources to help her clients buy or sell at the best value they can within the right time frame. She likes to help people reach their specific real estate goals. In terms of customer service, Tami has developed a team of two licensed managers who handle her listings, contracts, and the needs of her customers. The Team has allowed her to focus on superior service and customer relationships in a manner that has built her an outstanding reputation over the years. When Tami relaxes, she loves to spend time riding horses and traveling with her husband Richard. I've been on Tami Spaulding's team since 2005 and I'm excited to help you! I'm available to show you homes and answer questions you have on potential properties or any aspect of the buying process. From the moment you are under contract to the day you close; sit back, relax and let me handle the details of the contract. I will be obtaining signatures, tracking dates and deadlines as well as assisting you with any questions, concerns or needs. I will also be communicating between the Realtors, Escrow Departments, Lender, Title Company, and each of the parties to ensure that the closing process runs as smoothly as possible.
When you list your home with us, I handle all aspects of getting it on the market. I help you in anyway I can to make the sale of your home as pleasant an experience as possible. I will schedule the pre-inspections, have pictures taken, take care of marketing/advertising, have brochures made and keep them stocked in your brochure boxes. I also call the realtors who show your property to get feedback and answer any questions the realtors have about your home. I have been currently with Tami since 2006 and I am excited for what the future holds.
